Douglas joined Advent in 2014 and is based in the firm's London office. He has participated in Advent's investments across the software and fintech sectors, including Shift Technology, Zenoti, Xplor, Planet, Nexi, and Unit4. Douglas also spent time in operating roles at Unit4, served on its board, and led the recent sale of the company. Prior to Advent, Douglas was a consultant at Bain & Company in London.
